These skills and knowledge can be applied with clients, colleagues, stakeholders and, if relevant, employees to ensure you are understood and you understand others, and that through your collaborations you are efficient, focused and engaging.
This learning experience is designed to develop your skills and capabilities that will help you to:
- Understand the challenges and benefits of virtual or remote team collaboration and how to build trusted relationships in a virtual team environment.
- Know how to run effective virtual meetings (using Skype for Business) for maximum engagement and collaboration.
- Understand elements of cultural difference and how to develop your cultural awareness to adapt your style to collaborate globally.
- Leverage the GlobeSmart profile tool to understand your own cultural preferences and those of people you work with frequently.
